"Offshore Oil 228" is a launch barge with a load capacity of 18000 tons, a total length of 192.73 meters, a width of 52 meters, and a load capacity of 57000 tons. It is a star ship under China National Offshore Oil Corporation's subsidiary, Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. The main project of this round is about 2000 tons of steel structure replacement, reinforcement and modification project, and the plan is to increase the floating load capacity to 20000 tons after the modification. This is the first marine engineering ship repair and refitting project undertaken by the company, and also the first ship for Shandong Xinhong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to carry out friendly cooperation with CNOOC, which has a very special significance.
This project involves a wide area, complex engineering structure, and high requirements in terms of quality, technology, safety control, and other aspects. Before the ship entered the factory, the company leadership attached great importance and immediately commanded the Operations Department, Production Department, and Safety and Environment Department to jointly form a single ship management project team, and arranged professional technical personnel to go to the Qingdao base of CNOOC where the ship docked for actual ship inspection. The single ship management project team actively planned the modification construction plan and project safety management plan based on the actual situation of the actual ship inspection and repair period, provided professional training for management personnel and construction teams at all levels, and treated the maintenance and modification task with high standards, laying a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
During the ship modification period, in order to ensure the safe and efficient progress of all projects according to plan, the single ship management project team and the ship owner team have friendly exchanges, continuously optimize the construction process around the main project, clarify each construction node, and do a good job in coordinating and allocating human, material, technical and other resources. In the end, with the uninterrupted construction of all participating personnel on day and night shifts, as well as the careful organization and on-site control of the single ship management project team, the repair and modification task of "Offshore Oil 228" ship was completed with quality, quantity, and efficiency.
